Enrolment Policy

Purpose

This Enrolment Policy outlines the procedures and requirements for enrolling students at Nibras Academy. It ensures a transparent, inclusive, and efficient enrolment process that supports each student’s individual learning needs.

Scope

This policy applies to all prospective and current students enrolling in tutoring programs offered by Nibras Academy, including in-person and online services across Australia.

Enrolment Principles

  • Transparency: Clear information is provided regarding program offerings, costs, schedules, and expectations.

Enrolment Eligibility

Students are eligible for enrolment if they:

  • Meet the eligibility criteria for any course offered by the Academy.

  • Have a parent/guardian's consent if under 18 years of age.

  • Agree to comply with the Student Code of Conduct and all other policies of the Academy.

Enrolment Process

  1. Enrolment Form: The enrolment form is completed, including necessary consents and contact details. 

  2. Consultation/Assessment (if applicable): An academic consultation or diagnostic test is conducted to assess student capability.

  3. Program Recommendation: A suitable tutoring plan is proposed.

  4. Enrolment Offer: The enrolment offer is presented via email to the parent/guardian.

  5. Payment: Fees are confirmed and paid accordingly.

  6. Confirmation: Enrolment is confirmed, and the schedule is finalised.

Enrolment Conditions

  • Enrolment is subject to tutor availability and session capacity.

  • Ongoing enrolment requires adherence to attendance and payment policies.

Withdrawal and Cancellations

  • Students may withdraw at any time with written notice.

  • The Academy reserves the right to discontinue tutoring if a student breaches conduct or payment terms.

Privacy and Data Handling

All personal and academic information collected during enrolment is handled per the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the company’s privacy policy.

Policy Review

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it reflects current practices and compliance with relevant Australian regulations and educational standards.
