Advanced Qur’an Memorisation Course
For Secondary-Aged Male Students
Course Overview
This course is designed for advanced male students of secondary school age who are committed to the memorisation and revision of the Noble Qur’an. The program is structured to guide students through a comprehensive Hifdh journey with discipline, structure, and mentorship.
Course Duration
3 to 5 academic years
(Duration may vary depending on student progress and learning pace.)Course Objective

To strengthen retention through regular revision (muraja’ah)
To master Tajweed and accurate pronunciation (makharij)
To build self-discipline and spiritual connection through consistent Qur’an study
Who Is This Course For?
Male students (generally aged 12–18)
Those who have previous experience in Qur’an reading and some memorisation
Students who can commit to a long-term structured Hifdh program
What to Expect
Individualised memorisation plans tailored to each student’s capacity
Weekly progress monitoring and feedback
One-on-one and group sessions with qualified Qur’an teachers
A nurturing and respectful environment that encourages spiritual growth

Strictly well-behaved students, exhibiting Islamic Akhlaaq (good manners).
Must be respectful to others, including teachers and peers
Must be of Secondary School Age
Advanced Quran reading level (Fluent)
Memorised at least 1 Hizb (10 pages), previously
Must be committed to the program during the academic year.

The Academy accepts students who meet all entry criteria, subject to availability.
Enrolments are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
A student’s place in the program is confirmed only once enrolment has been reviewed and accepted.
Course Duration
The program generally runs for 3 to 5 academic years, or until the student completes their memorisation goals, whichever comes first.
Class Schedule
Classes are held twice a week, during every week of the school term.
Sessions are conducted after school hours, starting from 4:00 PM onwards.
Each class runs for strictly 60 minutes.
Public Holidays: If a class falls on a public holiday, it will not be rescheduled.
Class Size
Each class accommodates 5 to 7 students, ensuring focused attention and meaningful interaction.
Learning Environment
Classes are held in community centres equipped with modern facilities, providing a clean, respectful, and productive environment for Qur’an learning.

Courses start at the beginning of each term of the academic year.
The Academy follows the term dates as outlined on the Victorian Department of Education website.
The start/end dates for Term 3 are Monday, 21st July 2025, to Friday, 19th September 2025.
The start/end dates for Term 4 are Monday, 6th October 2025, to Friday, 19th December 2025.
Enrolment forms must be submitted no later than 5 days before the start of the Term.
Enrolments for Term 3 must be submitted by no later than 16th July 2025.
Enrolments for Term 4 must be submitted by no later than 1st October 2025.
All enrolments submitted after that will be postponed to the next term.
The Academy will not admit students during the term period.
The Academy may place students on its waiting list when it has reached enrolment capacity.
The Academy takes time off during the regular school holidays and on Public Holidays throughout the academic year.
The start/end dates for Term 3 are Monday, 21st July 2025, to Friday, 19th September 2025.
The start/end dates for Term 4 are Monday, 6th October 2025, to Friday, 19th December 2025.

The student must attend class as per their schedule, except in cases when they are sick or an emergency arises.
If the student has more than 3 unexcused absences in a month, their enrollment may be suspended or terminated.
Attendance is crucial to the learning progress of the student, and it must be taken seriously by the student and their parents/guardians.
The Academy will reschedule classes when the teacher is unable to attend due to illness or emergency.

Course fees must be paid by their due dates.
Where parents are unable to meet the payment deadline for any reason, as long as the Academy is informed, it will allow for a 5-day grace period after the payment due date.
Payments that remain overdue for more than 2 weeks after the grace period will result in the suspension or termination of enrolment.
Termination of enrolment usually occurs when no reason has been provided to justify the delay in payment. This means that the student will not be eligible to enrol in the Academy again.
No payment plans available.
Annual or semester payments are not yet available.
The billing cycle is once every 12 weeks.
Payments must be made by card or bank transfer.
Cash payments are not accepted.
Invoices will be emailed to parents/guardians via their nominated email address.
The total course fee is $550 per term.
Course fees are fixed and remain unchanged throughout the course duration.

Step 2: Fill out the enrolment form by clicking on the ‘Enrol now’ button below
Step 3: We will reach out to you to schedule and conduct a 15-minute Zoom interview with you as the parent/guardian, together with your son. In the interview, we will get to know you and your son, as well as briefly discuss their current Quran memorisation needs and assess their reading skills.
Step 4: We will reach out to you via email to advise you of the outcome of your enrolment.

Once your son has been accepted, you will receive our welcome package via email.
The package will contain a personalised list of goals and expectations in detail for the Academic year.
We will also notify you of the location of the Hifdh classes for the term.
There are no additional costs for any stationery or academic material provided to the student.
We will also include a personalised Hifdh tracker, in the form of a document shared with you via email. This document will be updated every lesson to keep you, as the parent/guardian, fully informed of the academic progress of the student.
Each student will also have a memorisation schedule that sets out clear goals and expectations throughout the relevant Term.
At each lesson, the student will have the opportunity to memorise with the teacher and confirm the learning outcomes of their next class according to their set expectations in the memorisation schedule.
Students are expected to memorise from the teacher and practice at home daily. This will be set out in their memorisation schedule.
Further mentorship will be provided regarding any upcoming challenges the student may face in a particular Surah or Juzz.
Challenges may include Surahs that have similar Ayat, such as in the Prophet’s stories, etc.
Students will have the opportunity to conduct peer-to-peer revision by cross-checking each other’s memorisation work. This will help build teamwork and healthy competition for goodness.
We will also be conducting a random fortnightly quiz to assess previously memorised Surahs, ensuring that students keep their memory as sharp as possible.
The school holidays will have another schedule of revision for all past Surahs. This will also be tailored to the student’s capability.
At the end of the term, parents/guardians will receive a Report Card detailing their son’s progress throughout the term, and any areas of improvement as required.
